The Introductory Level course provides fundamental awareness of well control principles, equipment, and procedures. It is designed for personnel who are new to the drilling industry or in supporting roles where understanding well control concepts is beneficial. This course introduces the basics of pressure control, kick detection, and primary/secondary barriers used in drilling operations.
